Plastic Loosefill "Styrofoam Peanuts"
Plastic loosefill is an expanded polystyrene product made up of 99.6% air. The minimum
recycled content in EPS loose fill is 25% and over 30% of all EPS loose fill is reused. The reuse
program offers benefits to everyone. The public gets a convenient way to recycle loose fill and
collection centers reduce new packaging purchases.
Toner and Inkjet Cartridges
Help reduce the dumping of millions of cartridges a year in landfills. Bring your used laser or
inkjet cartridges to us and we will send them off to be recycled. No return label is necessary.
New or remanufactured cartridges are accepted. We regret that we cannot accept toner tubes,
toner bottles, Brother carbon cartridges or Epson ink jets.
Cell Phones
Cell phones are the latest addition to our recycling program. Keep phones and especially
phone batteries out of the landfills, too. Phones must power up and be able to complete a 911
call. Audiovox, Ericsson, Kyocera, LG, Motorola, NEC, Nokia, Panasonic, Samsung, Sanyo and
Siemens are included.
